What to expect, when you arrive…

At worship time (10:45 a.m.), enter the front of our worship center, the larger steepled building on the right. You will be greeted with a smile, or two, or three…
If you are arriving earlier for our Connection Groups, which begin at 9:30 a.m., someone can show you and your entire family where to meet with your appropriate groups.
If you have a baby, you are welcome to bring your infant into the worship center. We also encourage you to take advantage of our supervised nursery with skilled and loving caregivers. More information is available from the greeters in the main lobby.
As you enter the Worship Center, greeters are available to assist you should you have any questions or special needs. As a first-time visitor to North Henry, you are our guest.
During each service, we greet each other, and our visitors. We won’t put you on the spot or call you to the front. We don’t make you sit while we stand, or stand while we sit. We are just honored you’re with us.

What to expect, during our worship services…

Our 10:45 a.m. “Celebration” Service incorporates band-driven worship with elements of choir, special music, children’s music and more for a full-spectrum in worship. You’ll hear both current worship songs and traditional hymns recreated in a new way to allow the songs of our faith to be sung in a way that is relevant to today’s society. Pastor Stan Jordan shares his heart and God’s Word with passion and transparency each week. We invite you to join us as we encounter the living God.

At 6:30 p.m., the evening service focuses on Bible teaching and discipleship with Pastor Stan. Meanwhile, other activities are frequently offered to engage the young people, such as youth discipleship classes, youth game nights, a children’s choir, and a teen girl’s ensemble. Maybe even a Super Bowl Party.

What should I wear?
At North Henry, we encourage you to come as you are. Don’t be surprised if you see dresses, suits and ties, as well as people wearing jeans or shorts with t-shirts. God sees our heart and that’s what He cares about; it’s not about the style of clothing we choose.

For children five and older a Bible class time is provided for them when you are attending yours. During the sermon, children age 5 through 2nd grade may attend Children’s Worship. We offer a safe environment and secure facility.

Is it easy to get plugged in and serve?
Yes. Absolutely. We desire to help you utilize the gifts God has given you to serve him in the body of Christ.
